Job Descriptions
- Monitor sales target by monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Execute Sales Plan, Trade Promotion and Incentive to sales team.
- Work cross-functional and collaborate with Sales Team.
- Responsible for monthly report.
- Develop and expand food service channels, focusing on chain of restaurant, teashop and food factory.
- Train and develop team to be professional in Food Service Channel.
- Manage personnel and develop hunter teams.
- Manage display and visibility in teashops.
Job Requirements
- Any graduate
- Minimum 4 years in Sales experience and at least 1 year of experience as Sales Manager Role.
- Solid traditional trade, open trade market understanding is required.
- Food service understanding is preferred.
- Solid understanding in general trade.
- English for communication level is required.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,500,000 ~ 1,800,000 + Commission + Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon.
