Key Responsibilities
- Drive the sales team to achieve daily, monthly, and yearly volume and value targets in the assigned area.
- Regularly visit the market to monitor stocks, shelf space (merchandising), and competitor activities.
- Supervise local distributors to ensure adequate stock levels, timely delivery, and credit management.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives or Van Sales. Identify and open new retail outlets to increase numeric distribution.
- Submit weekly/monthly sales reports, market feedback, and inventory status to the NSM.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, and in a supervisory role (FMCG background preferred).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and territorial planning skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and mobile sales apps (SFA).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,500,000
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Bahan Township, Yangon.
