Job Responsibilities

• Directly distribute and sell Solar products in the assigned territory
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Promoters
• Achieve monthly sales targets and collection goals
• Provide excellent after-sales support to customers

Key Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in any field
• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (preferably in Micro-Finance, Banking, or Telecom)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to travel extensively within the region

• Salary: MMK 700,000 + Sales Incentives

• Working Location: Myaung Mya, Ayeyarwady Region.
