Job Descriptions
- Prepare architectural and engineering drawings, including general layout, architectural plans and elevations, and detailed drawings on CAD systems.
- Developing and verifying architectural drawings for accuracy.
- Make specifications and adjustments in drawings.
- Develop construction details, including checking and coordinating details and dimensions.
- Conduct existing condition survey.
- Work under the direct supervision of the Lead Designer
- Follow up on progress for various projects and tasks to ensure overall objectives and timelines are met
- Assisting in essential presentations and preliminary Architectural Design.
- Completing projects within the specified schedule.
Job Specification
- B.Arch. (or) Bachelor of Civil.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the architecture field and related industry background.
- Be familiar with the requirement of <<MNBC>>.
- Advanced skills in using architecture-related Software Packages such as Auto C.A.D., SketchUp, Revit (Archi), etc.
- Good communication and presentation skills
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,500,000 + Lunch & Dormitory Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday Half Day
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
- Off Days: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon.
