Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily incoming and outgoing mail.
- Verify supporting documents for courier and vendor payments.
- Review GEM pre-clearance forms and prepare settlement applications.
- Prepare and settle monthly phone bills and fuel consumption reports.
- Manage bank vehicles and GCMS OTP token registration.
- Support branch events and act as Level 1 sanction screening reviewer.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and staff transportation logistics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in office administration or facilities management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.

- Salary: Attractive Salary (USD)
- Working Day: Monday to Friday
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Downtown, Yangon.
