Key Responsibilities
- Prepare official letters, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with government departments and internal teams.
- Supervise office maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
- Monitor vehicle documentation and fuel records.
- Maintain company property and legal records.
- Oversee IT hardware, networking, and internet issues.
- Ensure fire safety and disaster preparedness compliance.
- Handle additional administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administration or office management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,500,000 ~ 1,700,000 + Yearly Bonus + Ferry Provided
- Working Day: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon.
