Admin Manager (For a Well-Established Agribusiness Company)

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare official letters, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate with government departments and internal teams.
  • Supervise office maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
  • Monitor vehicle documentation and fuel records.
  • Maintain company property and legal records.
  • Oversee IT hardware, networking, and internet issues.
  • Ensure fire safety and disaster preparedness compliance.
  • Handle additional administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administration or office management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 1,500,000 ~ 1,700,000 + Yearly Bonus + Ferry Provided
  • Working Day: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:30 PM)
  • Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon.
