Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all administrative staff, including performance evaluations, training, and development.
- Coordinate and oversee repairs, equipment servicing, and general upkeep of all company assets.
- Manage office operations, including the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and overseeing general maintenance.
- Ensure the timely procurement of Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs), stationery, uniforms, and hygiene materials.
- Oversee the purchase of kitchen materials and local purchases such as stationery and cleaning supplies.
- Maintain accurate records, company documents, and filing systems (physical and digital).
- Actively assist in customer and vendor communications as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of working experiences in administrative or management related field.
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of Myanmar labor law and factory compliance is a strong advantage.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,800,000 + Lunch & Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, Saturday Alternate (8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday Alternate, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon.
