Responsibilities
- Assist the project manager in the development of project management documents such as project schedules, scope statements and project plans
- Ability to analyze project risk and communicate to project manager and team in timely manner
- Willingness to raise issues/challenges with regards to project work flow and/or process and make recommendations on how to improve it
- Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks & reports
- Supervise the project procurement process
- Project and time management skills with ability to delegate and coordinate activities of project team
- Experience communicating with clients to identify project requirements and providing documentation such as work plans and project schedules
- Proven ability to understand web development projects, applications, and technical concepts
- Knowledge of Drupal, WordPress, Laravel and mobile development
- Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time
- Follow up tasks to client and team members and help them understand what’s expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables
- Be the liaison between the project team and project clients throughout the project life cycle
- Problem-solving ability and sound judgment
- Self-motivated, with ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
- Any other duties when assigned by Management. (If necessary)
Requirements
- Must be graduated with Computer Science or Information Technology or Other degree but have a proven experience in Software Development industry
- Proven work experience as a project coordinator or similar role at least 2 years
- Accepting incoming work from project manager or client, and assigning to team members based on project processes and skill sets
- Preparing work for team members to enhance communication, reduce errors, and improve efficiency
- Monitoring and tracking assignments to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Experience in project management from conception to delivery
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plan
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & Google Sheet
- Good in English 4 Skills
- Strong communication skill and strong understanding on the benefit of teamwork
- Opened-minded and willing to learn new things as an opportunity
- Ability to perform troubleshooting, problem solving and moving toward the solution
Other Information
- Salary: 800,000 MMK (Negotiable)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00AM to 5:00PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Hlaing Township, Yangon
