Warehouse Manager (For a Local Group of Companies)

Job Descriptions

Be responsible to manage day-to-day operations in warehouse by ensuring adequate manpower to perform warehouse duties. Plan and coordinate with sales team to ensure timely support delivery product to customer.
Responsible to manage for daily tasks such as restocking shelves, accepting incoming orders, processing and packing orders, counting inventory and ensuring orders are shipped in a timely manner.
Responsible for fulfilling the receiving, processing and storing inventory according to warehouse policy.
Counter check warehouse inventory ground & BIN and SAP harmonizing
Manage expenditure of warehouse expenses and cost savings.
Monthly report preparation and presentation.
Warehouse & Logistics Yearly/Quotably budget preparation.
Manage delivery team to timely deliver to customers with customer satisfaction as well as customer returns matters.
Manage receiving Inventory Transfer stock from Yangon to Mandalay and as well as direct shipment from borders.
Monthly Vehicle maintenance cost saving and vehicle fuel consumption analysis.
Closely working with Sales, Procurements and Customer Care Dept and supporting their needs.
Coaching, manage and develop warehouse staff and team leaders to optimize performance and meet targets and deadlines.

Requirements

Any Bachelor Degree.
Must have Warehouse & Logistics working experience 7-10 years.
Preferable familiar with SAP & WMS barcode system utilization.
Strong in communication, leadership and team building skills.
Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment.
Must have Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, Power Points and related business and communication tools.
Must have management and leadership skill.
