Responsibilities
- Can prepare business plan and lead the operation activities based on the project need.
- Can develop attractive travel packages as well as evaluate the comparison the price and services based on market trend before Tour season.
- To ensure the day-to-day operation and budget management system.
- Can create and optimize travel policies, handle and oversee all travel arrangement.
- Can provide and advice documents and regulation that related with travel and tour industry.
- Can provide regular sales and tour plan to Management team
- Lead and maintain a good working relation with the team members for smooth operation.
- Can travel Western countries and must have knowledge of historical places and good communication skills with customers.
- Can prepare weekly meeting with the Management Team and relative team members.
- Can lead and drive company goals with effective and efficient procedure.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor degree
- Must have travel and tour diploma
- Minimum 5 year experience in relative fields
- Excellent English 4 skills
- Can travel foreign countries
- Can use computer (Microsoft word, excel, power point, internet, email)
- Good personal appearance
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,000,000 ~ 2,000,000
- Other allowances: Phone, transportation, travel allowance, uniform
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday Half Day
- Working Time: 9:00AM to 5:30PM
- Off Days: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
