Key Responsibilities

- Be solution driven; focus on finding the right solution for long term customer relationship development. Sell in the consultative sales solution manner with the partnering approach;
- Sales of Power Equipment in line with the company policy;
- Preparation of sales forecasts as required and activity striving to meet targets;
- Provide a professional and appropriate to approach to customers to support business growth, brand differentiation, sales margin and customer loyalty;
- Work closely with financial team to provide solutions to customers that require these services;
- Weekly sales reporting including update competitors stock and pricing to management;
- Extensive traveling throughout the assigned territory. Minimum 70% of time is away;
- Work with all stockholders including aftersales service & original equipment manufacturers ( OEM’s ) to provide smooth and seamless information and work flow to achieve efficient and effective management
- Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses, submit and follow up with the customer until deal closure/loss;
- Coordinate marketing actions such as advertising, seminar organization for customers;
- Sourcing the tender information from all government ministries and private projects;
- Specialty in government tenders and get close contact with each ministry;
- Familiar with government tender practice and know the right person ( decision maker ) for follow up.

- At least 3 years Hands-on generator and power equipment sales experience ideally gained across a range of industries;
- Computer literate in current Microsoft software products and Fluent in English language
- Resilient, practical problem solving approach. Able to get things done and over-come obstacles;
- Good customer service orientation & presentation – experience of handling customer issues.
- Must be a bachelor degree holder prefer candidates with Sales or marketing degree
qualification with Mechanical/ construction or Agricultural operational experience or
