Responsibilities
- Researching and sourcing potential customers
- Building new customer relations and maintaining the existing ones
- Travelling to different locations and briefing customers about new product launches and range
- Explaining the technical features of a product to customers
- Addressing customer queries and advising them on various technological upgrades
- Planning and drafting customer proposals
- Preparing and verifying the details in tender documents
- Generating sales receipts and maintaining a documentation of the same
- Maintaining an accurate record of purchase orders
- Attending and participating in product trainings and conferences
- Taking a note of the sales target and achieving the same
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Sales Executive, Technical Sales Representative, or a similar position in the Sales department
- Excellent technical understanding of product features and benefits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel to different locations and work at flexible hours (if required)
- Good computer skills
- Highly motivated individual
- Demonstrating a professional and approachable behavior
- Ability to offer excellent customer satisfaction
Other Information
- Salary: 500,000 MMK + Sales Commission
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Location: Kyaukdata Township, Yangon
