• To do project management of Cost, Quality control and Progress of projects.
• To maintain and expand the relationships with existing and new customers.
• To develop and deliver proposals to customers To do members’ coaching and mentoring.
• To manage resources of 15-50 members.
• Collaboration with department heads, managers, customers, vendors, and others.

Requirements

• At least 8 years’ experience in System Development and at least 4 years’ management experience in System Development.
• Project Management experience of schedule, cost, quality control, progress and issues management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
• Good command of English.
• Japanese N2 level based on project requirement.

Other information

• Salary: MMK 2,100,000

• Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
• Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
