Job Descriptions

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for critical roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
  • Provide guidance on recruitment strategies, market insights, and hiring best practices.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Create engaging recruitment content for social media and talent attraction channels.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases (ATS or internal trackers).
  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with legal and company policies.

Requirements

  • Any graduate
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
  • Experience in bulk hiring preferred.
  • Strong resilience and ability to work under pressure.

Other Information

  • Salary: Negotiable + Ferry Provided
  • Working Day: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Kamayut Township, Yangon.
