- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for critical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
- Provide guidance on recruitment strategies, market insights, and hiring best practices.
- Support employer branding initiatives to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Create engaging recruitment content for social media and talent attraction channels.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases (ATS or internal trackers).
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with legal and company policies.
Requirements
- Any graduate
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in bulk hiring preferred.
- Strong resilience and ability to work under pressure.
Other Information
- Salary: Negotiable + Ferry Provided
- Working Day: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Kamayut Township, Yangon.
