Requirements
- Any Degree Holder
- Minimum 3 years of working Experience in in-house recruitment environment with large or international organizations.
- Able to determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Strong network with recruitment counterparts to attract best talent of the organization
- Able to communicate well in both English and Myanmar Languages
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
