Requirements

• Any Degree Holder
• Minimum 3 years of working Experience in in-house recruitment environment with large or international organizations.
• Able to determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
• Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
• Strong network with recruitment counterparts to attract best talent of the organization
• Able to communicate well in both English and Myanmar Languages
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
