Sr. Sales Manager (For a Foreign Manufacturing Company)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Identify and target potential customers, market segments, and geographic areas for sales expansion.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Train and Mentor a high-performing sales team capable of achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Set clear performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations for the sales team.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional development.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Identify customer needs, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate solutions through the company’s product offerings.
  • Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular sales reports for management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the team to set competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
  • To support to develop effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities that support sales efforts.
  • Contribute to the annual budgeting process by providing sales projections, revenue forecasts, and expense estimates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or other related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Sr. Manager, Sales  in the same industry or  similar field.
  • In-depth knowledge of product, application, and the overall industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in English both speaking and writing.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet customers, attend trade shows, and visit sales territories.

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 2,500,000 ~ 3,000,000 + Allowances & Ferry Provided
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Yangon
