Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s overall objectives.
- Identify and target potential customers, market segments, and geographic areas for sales expansion.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to capitalize on new opportunities.
- Train and Mentor a high-performing sales team capable of achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Set clear performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations for the sales team.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional development.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Identify customer needs, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate solutions through the company’s product offerings.
- Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the team to set competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
- To support to develop effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities that support sales efforts.
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process by providing sales projections, revenue forecasts, and expense estimates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or other related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Sr. Manager, Sales in the same industry or similar field.
- In-depth knowledge of product, application, and the overall industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in English both speaking and writing.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet customers, attend trade shows, and visit sales territories.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 2,500,000 ~ 3,000,000 + Allowances & Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Yangon
