Responsibilities
- Contacting relevant departments in a timely manner and taking effective action on Fraud cases.
- Responsible for the recruiting processes.
- Arrange the orientation program for new employee and provide the training of HR practices.
- Facilitate in some employee care programs by collaborating with participants.
- Relations with government officer (in case).
- Oversee Office Letter preparation (Probation, Permanent, Promotion, Resignation, Termination, Warning, Recommendation).
Requirements
- Any graduation
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR & Admin field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, excel, email.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 900,000 + Attendance (MMK 100,000)
- Working Days: 6 days per week (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: One day per week (Saturday or Sunday)
- Working Location: Mayangone Township, Yangon.
