Requirements
- Must be graduated and higher degree holder for HR Management
- Minimum (3 to 5 ) years of working experience in HR Management
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power Point Presentation, Advance Excel
- Must have a good English Skill
- Requirement to have a good interpersonal and communication skill
- Good in negotiations skills
- SOP Making for each factory
- Monitor and implement all HR functions and legal policies
- Leadership skills and communication skills knowledge of HRM
- Have a good background of HR experience in recruitment, training, remuneration and handling employee relation issues
- Strong in initiative and follow through, leadership, planning & organization skills, working effectively with other priority setting, problem solving skills
- Able to work with under pressures
- Interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with other staff at all levels
- Able to counter check and manage a performance appraisal system with KPI for each level of staffs

- Salary: 400,000 MMK
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9AM to 5PM)
- Working Location: Ahlone Township, Yangon
