Job Descriptions
- Must have creative content writing skills to promote brand, products and services. Communicate with third party agency, briefing to designer for the works.
- Must be able to adapt the social trends.
- Handle the social media platform, operating, maintenance, content publish, analysis (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok).
- Follow the HQ and Local IMC plan, digital plan to create social media strategy on product and brand promoting.
- Create the weekly, monthly plan or project plan base on company product and brand strategy.
- Report social media performance weekly and monthly.
- Mapping competitor brand social media activities and performance.
- Plan and execute social campaign plan.
- Improve fans engagement and maintain social media.
- Find and work with agency to improve social media works.
- Manage and use the social media Analysis tool to report the result weekly, monthly, optimize the plan, improve the efficiency.
- Can lead projects.
- Familiar with digital materials and has experience in digital
material production. - Interested in new digital format and should be an active social media user.
- Can execute digital campaigns well.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or any related degree.
- Must have 1-3 years of social media work experience (Preferred have experience in an International Brand or Agency Working Experience).
- Must have Certificate of Marketing.
- Soft Skills: Can Communicate, Stability, Content Writing, Can work
under pressure. - Hard Skills: Social Media/ Digital Marketing.
- Travel- Need (Sometime).
Other information
- Salary: Up to MMK 1,000,000
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday half day (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday half day, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Hlaing Thar Yar Township, Yangon(Provide accommodation charge)
