- Meet sales targets by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards, Stock Control
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc)
- Manage shop cash inflow/outflow and arrange necessary payment process with Finance Department
- Manage staff recruitment, resignation, and salary calculation can go to a related government organization
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder
- Previous experience in management (or) retail position (or) consumer product sales
- Strong leadership, management skills, decision-making skills, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
- Work well under pressure and deadline
- Can be used (Office 365), willing to learn and use software, technology
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 800,000 (Negotiable)
- Working Day: 5 days per week
- Off Days: 2 days off per week (Shift)
- Working Location: Junction Mawtin, Lanmadaw Township, Yangon.
