Job Descriptions
- Greet customers when they arrive at the parts and service center and direct them to an available mechanic.
- Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work.
- Advise customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings
- Manage and oversee the service center’s workflow and scheduling
- Follow up overdue on engine oil and transmission oil and call on repairing after 1 week’s period
- Update new customer lists on database
- Follow up credit customer and complain Handling
- Shifting the car to working bay (appointed by AOM and Senior Mechanics)
- Inquire parts and prepare quotation to customer
- Collect deposit and submit on order
- Prepare car return form after finishing on repair
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years’ service advising experience
- Extensive knowledge of automotive industry and parts
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate equally well with mechanics, customers and senior management
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 700,000 ~ 1,200,000 + Incentive + Lunch & Ferry Provided
- Working Day: Monday to Saturday (8:45 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Bahan Township, Yangon.
