Senior Procurement & Logistics Lead (For a Well-Established Group of Companies)

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, quotations, vendor selection, order placement, and contract management.
Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure best pricing, terms, and quality of goods and services.
Monitor supplier performance, maintain relationships, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Lead logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
Plan and manage staff ferry arrangements, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to schedules.
Monitor usage and cost of staff transport and office vehicles and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and logistics, with at least 2 years in a senior officer or leadership role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement/logistics software systems.
Experience leading transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.
Strong vendor management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
