Senior Interior Designer (For a well established Interior Design Company)

Responsibilities

To prepare creative and high‐quality design proposal for presentation to Clients and Tenders based on Client’s requirements
To produce conceptual creative interior design, space planning, construction drawing, documentation & assist in managing all aspects of design development & providing any clarification to the site team during implementation
To meet and communicate with client on design implementation
To coordinate with contractors & maintain quality control
To work with junior designers and be able to nurture and support them

Requirements

Any degree or diploma holder in architecture, interior design studies, or equivalent
To have at least 5 years of experience in interior design and decoration
To be good in design conceptualization & presentation skills, ability to market designs to clients
To be proficient in the following software:
‐ Auto CAD 2D / 3D rendering
‐ Google Sketch Up (V‐ray Rendering)
‐ Adobe Photoshop
‐ Adobe InDesign
To have excellent time management skills and be able to meet deadlines
To have effective communication skills and analytical and interpersonal skills
Fluency in the 4 skills of English is needed
To be able to work under pressure and team environment
