Key Responsibilities
- Attend sites for troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Arrange site visits and prepare T&C reports
- Build positive relationship with customers
- Contact customers and identify new job sites
- Prepare and submit T&C reports to customers with site recommendations
- Set and manage yearly AP service income budgets
- Provide AP service and technical support, including maintenance contracts and AP inspections.
- Prepare quotations and maintain accurate reports.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by superior/ Manager
Requirements
- Any Graduated (Preferred Related Field, Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HVAC, preferably with Company Applied Products Service
- Strong technical knowledge and skills
- Must have intermediate English level (all 4 skills)
- Proficiency in Windows, Internet, Word, Excel, and Email
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 800,000 ~ 1,000,000
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Bahan Township, Yangon.
