Recruit Selection
•Employee referral check; Selection of candidates
•Interview arrangement; Conduct interviews with the Line Managers
•Liaison with the agency on the hiring of foreign recruitment
•Updating the vacancies rack and provide the summary report to Sr. HR Manager on weekly basis
•Offer of employment (follow up on offer and acceptance)
•Liaison with Shared Services on all recruitment documents
•Coordinate job fairs, new advertisement etc
•Update the Employment / Vacancies Report
•To ensure all employee have their job description

Training & Development:

• Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments;
• Designing and expanding training and development programme based on the needs of the organization and the individual;
• Considering the costs of planned programme and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development programme is becoming increasingly important;
• Developing effective induction programme
• Conducting appraisals;
• Producing training materials for in-house courses;
• Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met;
• Evaluating training and development programme
