Responsibilities
- Creating and facilitating to have all the job descriptions and job requirements in the organization.
- Developing salaries and benefits scheme which need to reflect the labor market as a minimum and have competitive pay
- Review the link of job grades with job responsibilities and accountabilities in each Dept.
- Monitoring not to delay and have any errors in daily HR administrative functions.
- Developing SOP for HR Department and facilitate the other department to align with the job natures.
- Update HR policies and procedures by reviewing the past case happened.
- Understanding and facilitating manpower calculation in operation.
- Plan and administer an effective compensation & benefits, foresee the market changes, organization status and take necessary initiative action for it.
- Conduct employee awareness survey and give the feedback to top management
- Take corrective action due to employee awareness survey
- Grievance handling, disciplinary handling (under the Myanmar Labor Law) and counseling smoothly in time.
- Conducting or facilitating the internal training on budget allocation.
- Acting to advise the people management to the top management.
- Build up a database where every completed analysis can be stored and access to be provided for the respective HR team to review monthly.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in HR data including Overtime, Attrition, and Diversity & Inclusion, Hiring Status, Cost Benefit analysis, etc.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
- Proactively support the Management in identifying and resolving the technical issues and procedures by providing valid data for each case.
Requirements
- Any bachelor’s degree with HR related certificate or Master in Human Resource or Master of Business Administration.
- Have strong soft skills and analytical skills.
- Proficient in good writing and speaking in English.
- To possess human relationship and leadership qualities with decision making skills and to be a role model at work.
- At least 7 years of experience in the Management field
Other Information
- Salary: 2,500,000 ~ 3,500,000 MMK
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hour: 8:00AM ~ 5:00PM
- Benefits: 13 months Bonus, Performance Bonus, Health-Condolence-Congratulatory Benefits and other allowance
- Provide: Ferry (or) Transportation fees, Uniform, Laundry Service, Ph Bill
- Working Location: Mandalay Tada_U Township, Mandalay.
