Senior HR & Admin Manager (For an Int’l Group of Companies)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the administration and human resources policies across all business units
  • Responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks. This includes maintaining up to date records, correspondence, and filing systems, as well as managing appointments and scheduling.
  • Assist with financial management tasks, such as preparing and maintaining financial records, processing invoices, coordinating with Finance to issue purchase order.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining an accurate inventory of all assets owned by the organization. This includes tracking assets such as equipment, furniture, vehicles, machinery, and other tangible or intangible items.
  • Well-experienced in Processing and obtaining approvals for FRC, Form C, MIC, MJSRV, and Labor cards.
  • Oversee HR Department to develop, maintain and implement HR policies, Compensation and benefit polices, Staff Training Manual and other relevant duties
  • Monitor and ensure departmental compliance with policies and procedures

Job Requirements

  • Any Degree Holder
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the Human Resources & Administrative function
  • At least 5 years of solid experience in a management-level position with large corporations with multiple business units
  • Well-versed in all human resource management functions and Myanmar Labor law & regulations
  • Knowledge of vehicle management, including repair and maintenance processes.
  • Familiarity with facility management practices and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • FRC, Form C, MIC approval, MJSRV, and Labor card applications is required.
  • Knowledge of financial control and budget management.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tasks Management software.
  • Able to lead a team of HR and Administration team
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English is necessary

Other information

  • Working Days:  5.5 Days (Saturday Half Day)
  • Location: Bahan Township (Office located near bus stop)
  • Salary: MMK 2,500,000 to MMK 3,000,000
