- Bachelor Holder (Business Administration is preferable)
- Must have minimum over 3 years working experience in Administration field
- Must have good English skill (+Japanese Language Proficiency is preferable)
- Must be a good team player & Good in Time management
- Must have good communication skills/ good personality/high social ethics and ethical behaviors.
- Experience in mentioned JD is preferable.
- Must have good computer skills
- Experience in Government relations/ knowledge in Government procedures is preferable.
Job Description (not limited to)
- Responsible overall Office General Administration tasks
- Supporting in communication with Government Offices such as Visa related matter,Company registration procedures, Office car lincense renewal, etc.
- Responsible for overall Office cars/rental services, residence arrangements, Insurance matters and Office maintenance
- Responsible for accomodation/transporation arrangements & Invitation letters issuing for all guests
- Responsible for overall custom related prepration
- Responsible for overall Office supplies such as pantry/stationaries/Golf, calendar procedures, greeting/invitation cards& flower arrangements
- Supporting in organizing related meetings
- Supporting in supervising Receptionist, Office cleaner and drivers
- Other Assigned duties related with General Affairs Department
- Salary 700,000 to 850,000 MMKs at Downtown Township,Yangon.
