Job Descriptions
- Lead the Document Control function in up keeping and improving the document standards, document storage standards, procedures, guidelines, and SharePoint DMS.
- Implement and maintain timely and effective document controls process, procedures, and systems.
- Work closely with and guide document controllers of various functions including manufacturing, sales, HR, accounts, supply chain, technical services, etc.
- Use SharePoint for everyday operations, maintenance, and quality control.
- The storage of the active and archived documents to prevent damage and deterioration. Also responsible for identifying, collecting, indexing, filing, maintaining, and disposal of quality records.
- Checking of administrating correctness of documents (Template, document number, classification, issue/revision identification, short signatures for originator, checkers and approved by, etc).
- Collate reports for the Functional Manager from various sources.
- Establish and maintain communications to ensure accurate and timely flow of information.
- Notify personnel of updated document versions and how to access them.
- Print and distribute documents as necessary.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the Functional Manager.
Requirements
- Any Graduate.
- Must have 2 years of experience in document control function, preferably in manufacturing and distribution.
- Experience in dealing with confidential and highly sensitive materials and deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of Computer Skills, Microsoft SharePoint, and MS applications.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization.
- Must know ISO policies producer.
- Fluent in English 4 skills.
