Senior Designer (For a Foreign Interior Decoration Company)

Responsibilities

Initiate the design project and develop where required, drawings, models, images, materials, mood boards and other documents relating to the design.
Develop and present creative, high-quality design proposals based on client requirements for presentation and tenders.
Produce conceptual interior designs, space planning, construction drawings, and project documentation.
Assist in managing all aspects of design development, providing clarification to the site team during implementation.
Present in meeting and communicate with clients to ensure the design vision is executed as planned.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and supporting their work.

Requirements

Degree or diploma in architecture, interior design studies, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design and decoration.
Strong design conceptualization and presentation skills, Proficient in design software, including: AutoCAD, SketchUp + V-Ray ,Enscape, D5, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, and/or Adobe InDesign.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A team player with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
