Responsibilities
- Checking the monthly report and submit a report to CA.
- Check the cash book regularly and record expenses with correct headings in MYOB.
- To keep credit sales vouchers in a file.
- To send weekly statement of AR balance, overdue and Collection Account.
- To collect the monthly stock balance at the end of each month and to report the discrepancies to the management.
- Check the daily sales vouchers and delivery order records
- Regularly check the remaining inventory with the warehouse manager.
- To provide guidance and checks on the list of branches as necessary.
- Check and calculate dealer incentive, sales person incentive with the sales manager.
- To keep payments in order of documents related to supplier payments
- To carry out necessary repairs related to MYOB subscriptions as necessary.
- Must carry out tasks assigned from time to time according to business requirements.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor degree
- Must have LCCI III (or) another accounting diploma
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in relative fields
- Prefer working experience in Trading (Export/Import)
- Can use computer (Microsoft word, excel, power point, internet, email)
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 600,000 ~ 750,000
- Other allowances: Phone, transportation, uniform
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday Half Day
- Working Time: 9:00AM to 5:30PM
- Off Days: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
