Saving Manager (For an Int’l Microfinance Company)

Responsibilities

Implement to achieve company’s Deposit Target, the deposit product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle
Acts as the product’s leader in company
Conduct the product survey according to market competition, improvements to existing products & performance, and product related reports
Develops positioning for the product together with Field Operation Team
Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly Saving Performance Report compared with Budget
Defining the product vision, and working closely with Operation and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
Ensures that the deposit product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals

Requirements

Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (both English and Myanmar)
Subject matter expertise in a particular product or market. This should include specific industry or technical knowledge
Excellent teamwork and cooperation skills
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Must have knowledge about FRD rules and regulations
Must have at least (3) years experience in relevant field or Banking background
Must be able to travel
