Job Descriptions
- Oversee and manage all Induction/License Training programs.
- Assess training needs by developing schedules.
- Conduct employee surveys and interviews to gather insights.
- Collaborate with other trainers and general managers.
- Collect and track data from various stakeholders.
- Utilize data and research to conceptualize training materials.
- Communicate training requirements to content developers and contribute to development efforts.
- Formulate training strategies, initiatives, and delivery plans.
- Develop and organize training plans to ensure successful implementation.
- Manage all the necessary administration tasks for the training session.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the teaching, coaching and training field.
- Demonstrated interest and passion for training.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in financial and insurance industry.
- Proficiency in English Language is essential.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), as well as instructional software.
- Proven ability in delivering effective training sessions.
- Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and efficiently manage time.
- High energy level & good interpersonal relationship with all levels and partners.
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams and staff; capable of providing mentorship and leadership.
- Able to travel for business trip.
Other information
- Salary: MMK 800,000 + Allowances
- Working Days: Monday to Friday ( 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Downtown, Yangon
