Job Descriptions

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for the power station business.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, assess competition, and stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and projects to expand the company’s footprint in the power generation sector.
  • Self-driven motivated the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to position our power station products effectively in the market.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and resource allocation.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other key metrics to senior management.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and implement online campaigns, including email marketing and social media advertising.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including website, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using tools such as social media analytics.0

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (Minimum 5 years) in sales and marketing roles within the power generation or energy industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of power station technologies, products, and market dynamics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Other information

  • Salary: Negotiable (based on the experiences)
  • Benefit: Ferry (Near Pickup Point), Uniform and Bonus (based on the performance)
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday ( 8:30 AM to  5:00 PM)
  • Off Day: Sunday and Public holidays
  • Working Location: Insein Township, Yangon
