- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for the power station business.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, assess competition, and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and projects to expand the company’s footprint in the power generation sector.
- Self-driven motivated the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to position our power station products effectively in the market.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and resource allocation.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other key metrics to senior management.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and implement online campaigns, including email marketing and social media advertising.
- Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including website, social media, and email campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using tools such as social media analytics.0
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience (Minimum 5 years) in sales and marketing roles within the power generation or energy industry.

In-depth knowledge of power station technologies, products, and market dynamics.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Salary: Negotiable (based on the experiences)
- Benefit: Ferry (Near Pickup Point), Uniform and Bonus (based on the performance)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday ( 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Day: Sunday and Public holidays
- Working Location: Insein Township, Yangon
