Job Descriptions

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for solar projects.
  • Self-driven a high-performing sales and marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their solar project needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the solar energy industry.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create compelling project proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance the company’s presence in the solar energy market.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to secure profitable contracts for solar projects.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and implement online campaigns, including email marketing and social media advertising.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including website, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using tools such as social media analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience (Minimum 5 years) in sales and marketing roles within the the power generation,  solar and energy industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing successful sales teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of solar technologies, project development, and the competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.
  • Proficient in social media management and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Other information

  • Salary: 800,000 MMK (Negotiable)
  • Benefit: Ferry (Near Pickup Point), Uniform and Bonus (based on the performance)
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday ( 8:30 AM to  5:00 PM)
  • Off Day: Sunday and Public holidays
  • Working Location: Insein Township, Yangon
