Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for solar projects.

Self-driven a high-performing sales and marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their solar project needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the solar energy industry.

Collaborate with technical teams to create compelling project proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to inform strategic decision-making.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance the company’s presence in the solar energy market.

Lead negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to secure profitable contracts for solar projects.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Plan and implement online campaigns, including email marketing and social media advertising.

Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including website, social media, and email campaigns.

Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using tools such as social media analytics.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Proven experience (Minimum 5 years) in sales and marketing roles within the the power generation, solar and energy industry.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing successful sales teams.

In-depth knowledge of solar technologies, project development, and the competitive landscape.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.

Proficient in social media management and Microsoft Office Suite.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Willingness to travel as needed.
Other information
- Salary: 800,000 MMK (Negotiable)
- Benefit: Ferry (Near Pickup Point), Uniform and Bonus (based on the performance)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday ( 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Day: Sunday and Public holidays
- Working Location: Insein Township, Yangon
