Responsibilities

1. Responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans
2. Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
3. Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals
4. Researching and brain storming each stage of the project
5. Coordinating efforts to ensure that campaigns are completed
6. Help with marketing plans advertising direct marketing

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in any related field (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred)
2. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in management role in sales & marketing field or business development field
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
4. Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
5. Through understanding of contemporary trends in customer
6. Highly organized and detail-oriented
7. Creativity and commercial awareness
8. Excellent communication and people skills

Other Information

1. Salary: 800,000 ~ 1,000,000 MMK
2. Working Time: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
3. Off Days: Sat (Alternate) ,Sunday
4. Working Location: Pyi Gyi Takhon Township, Mandalay
