Job Description

  • Recruit Life Insurance Agents as tied agents.
  • Scan through various segments, known circles to get the right people for soliciting Life Insurance Business.
  • Lead and operate recruiting events/initiatives for new agents under guidance by HoA.
  • Supports registering new tied agents as GGINL agents.
  • Train the Agents.
  • After final selection of the agents, the Sales Manager has to give training on various key functions like sales, prospecting, product knowledge, etc.
  • In addition, the Sales Manager also has to train the agents to help them obtain their agent license (Sales Manager will also be required to obtain the agent license).
  • Monitoring the Activities.
  • The Sales Manager need to help the agent in creating.
  • Prospect List based on profile, age, income, and known circle.
  • Help the agent in getting the appointment, the initial approach calls etc.
  • The Sales Manager will accompany the agent in joint field works/call to assist
    him in sales whenever needed.
  • He will train the agent on the after sales services and customer onboarding
    process.
  • Introduce the Agent to the servicing department for various service and process
    related activities.
  • Track the daily new calls, follow up calls, new prospects etc. with his agent team.
  • Arrange regular training classes for his team.

Requirements

  • Graduate with decent pass percentage.
  • Should Speak/Read/Write English.
  • Working experience in Sales is preferably financial products is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and training skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Execution of sales strategy – Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation. Seek new customers and increase sales.
  • Responsible for recruitment and management of Tied Agents – Identify, recruit, and manage agents from the respective region.
  • Train and motivate agents to provide a better understanding of market/products.
  • Monitor and review agents’ performance. Help them achieve maximum business.
  • Meet customers for achieving channel/agent targets.
  • Like to meet people & Like travelling.

Other information

  • Salary: 1,500,000 MMK
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday ( 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Downtown, Yangon
