SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Sales Skills: presales, sales and post sales techniques
• Supervisor skills : Coaching/ mentoring experience with sales staff.
• Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills. Excellent formal presentation skills before both small and large groups.
• A demonstrable capacity to keep abreast of product trends, customer needs and product application to real world projects.
• Diploma / Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Marine or related field.
• Minimum 4 – 6 years experience with evidence of leadership and consistent achievement at target level. Experience managing territorial sales and diverse product offerings.
• Must be bilingual: English & Myanmar 4 skills Good personality.
• Able to use Microsoft office (Email & Internet etc.)
