Sales Manager (For a Well-Established Oil & Gas Company)

Job Responsibilities

  • Review and submit daily purchase requisitions, wholesales reports, and price documents to Management.
  • Coordinate with Logistics for fuel deliveries, schedules, and urgent orders.
  • Prepare and manage quotations, customer contracts, and partner shop approvals in line with MPTA/PPRD guidelines.
  • Oversee sales orders, PR openings, and resolve issues with relevant organizations and customers.
  • Handle overdue payments, negotiate with customers, and prepare AR Aging follow-up reports.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly sales, consumption reports, and performance comparison charts for Management.
  • Handle tender processes, including document preparation, pricing, and contract negotiations with relevant parties.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor degree holder with strongly sales experience in related industry.(MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fuel or energy sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in reporting and planning.
  • Knowledge of fuel/energy market trends, wholesale pricing, and logistics coordination.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 2,000,000 (Ferry Provided)
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM)
  • Off Day: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Dagon Township, Yangon.
