Sales Executive (For a Well-Established Travel & Tour Company)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily & weekly corporate sales call plan and report to Sales Manager or BDM.
  • Respond and take necessary action to incoming email and phone enquiries from clients and deal with operation & reservation team to close the sales.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with clients by making regular visit, social activities & giving PR gifts.
  • Solve customer complaints by using negotiation skills and understand their pain points and give best possible solutions.
  • Gather customer data & market information and update databases & records weekly.
  • Review own sales performance, aim to meet or exceed sales targets set by Sales Manager or BDM.
  • Effectively communicate and promote travel products and services to existing customers and potential customers by using email, digital platform & direct phone call.
  • Prepare daily & weekly corporate sales plan and report to Sales Manager or BDM
  • Report Monthly Sales & Sales Activities to E.D & M.D.
  • Participate & manage in travel roadshow & promote company’s travel products (both domestic or int’l).
  • Need to assist and help team members whenever necessary.

Requirements

  • Any Bachelor degree
  • Prefer diploma in sales and marketing
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in relative fields
  • Prefer working experience in Trading (B2B Sales)
  • Can use computer (Microsoft word, excel, power point, internet, email)

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 600,000
  • Other allowances: Phone, transportation, uniform
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday Half Day
  • Working Time: 9:00AM to 5:30PM
  • Off Days: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
