- Make Way plan / Daily plan.
- Manage and monitor the team members and make follow up plan with CRM.
- Communicate with management team .
- Report Market Situation .
- Report to OM and MD about team condition.
- Participate with team member in the way and then negotiate with customers.
- To support team member to achieve team target and target segments.
- Make weekly meeting with sales team and discuss about the potential customer.
- Making training to new team member about their need such as knowledge, policies, the way of handle complaint. (training to use for CRM report).
- Handling the organization of sales team and discuss with team members.
- Make plan for Installation, deliver, site check and complaints.
- Make plan way trip to penetrate the other cities /men power .
- Checking team member activity about market segmentation/introduction/situation.
- Seeing the news of tenders and participates the process to be supply.
Requirements
- AGTI, BE (EP, Mechanical, MP).
- Extensive experience selling comparable products.
- Excellent Communication Skills , negotiation skill, Leadership skill.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field.
- Ability to design and create spaces that are engaging and welcoming.
- Excellent written skills.
Other information
- Salary: MMK 800,000 to 1,000,000
- Benefits: Attendance Bonus + Meal Allowance + Incentive
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: South Okkalapa Township; Yangon
