Job Descriptions
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients to generate leads, schedule appointments and site survey for sales representatives.
- Assist in identifying potential solar projects by researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and project information.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including engineering and operation teams, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock availability for project sales and materials sales.
Requirements
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines affectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Report to Head of Sales & Marketing Manager.
Other informations
- Salary: Up to MMK 450,000
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:30 am to 5:00 pm)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Insein Township, Yangon
