Job Responsibilities
- Accurately receive and verify sales orders, ensuring all required information is complete.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with relevant departments to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Maintain and update sales databases, updating contact details, and recording sales activities accurately.
- Assist the Sales Team in administrative tasks such as preparing sales proposals, quotations, and reports, as well as supporting sales forecasting and budget planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service
- Able to visit government offices when necessary.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Administration (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.).
- Must be of good moral character and able to work under pressure.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 600,000
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
