Job Responsibilities

  • Accurately receive and verify sales orders, ensuring all required information is complete.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with relevant departments to ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Maintain and update sales databases, updating contact details, and recording sales activities accurately.
  • Assist the Sales Team in administrative tasks such as preparing sales proposals, quotations, and reports, as well as supporting sales forecasting and budget planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service
  • Able to visit government offices when necessary.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Administration (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.).
  • Must be of good moral character and able to work under pressure.

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 600,000
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
