Job Description

1. Direct, oversee and manage daily operation of the restaurant
2. Oversee the management and performance of restaurant operation and services to assure high standards and customer satisfaction
3. Empower employee to provide excellent customer service
4. Maintaining budgeted and cost management
5. Build and maintain positive clients and customer relationships
6. Attends regular food and beverage leadership meetings to ensure proper communication and teamwork
7. Plan and develop new menu and update existing menu based on current market trend
8. Maintain safety and food quality control and stock control
9. Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays
10. Creating a positive work environment for team members
11. Customer care & service training for all staff
12. Advertise to get the new customer

Requirements

1. Any Graduate
2. Minimum (5 – 7) years’ experience in related field
3. Must have excellent customer service skills
4. Strong leadership, motivational and people skill
5. More preferable in restaurant management field
6. Must be able to use Microsoft office, Email and Internet

Other Information

1. Salary: 600,000 MMK
2. Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9AM to 5PM)
3. Working Location: Ahlone Township, Yangon
