Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with Korean Owner, residents and customers to explain monthly maintenance fees and outstanding payments.
- Assist Korean Owner, residents and customers with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all related forms and payments are properly handled.
- Cooperate with the Finance teams and Operation teams regarding resident accounts and maintenance billing.
- Handle inquiries and requests from Korean customers promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate resident records and service logs.
- Provide translation or interpretation support when necessary between residents and company departments.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the customer service department when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Experience in property management, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
- Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK Level-6)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, responsible, and customer-oriented attitude.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,000,000 ~ 1,200,000
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday Half Day
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Off Days: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: South Okkalapa Township, Yangon.
