Resident Care Executive_Korean Speaker (For a Foreign Construction & Property Company)

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with Korean Owner, residents and customers to explain monthly maintenance fees and outstanding payments.
  • Assist Korean Owner, residents and customers with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all related forms and payments are properly handled.
  • Cooperate with the Finance teams and Operation teams regarding resident accounts and maintenance billing.
  • Handle inquiries and requests from Korean customers promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate resident records and service logs.
  • Provide translation or interpretation support when necessary between residents and company departments.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the customer service department when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not mandatory)
  • Experience in property management, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
  • Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK Level-6)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, responsible, and customer-oriented attitude.

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 1,000,000 ~ 1,200,000
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday Half Day
  • Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Off Days: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: South Okkalapa Township, Yangon.
