Responsibilities
- Ensure QC inspectors’ in process quality assurance activities are aligned with approved SOP, company policies and guidelines.
- Responsible for updating the SOP and the training of newly employees.
- Must be able to perform the laboratory analysis, guide to QA/QC analysts, review the test results and report the deviation to QA/QC manager.
- Manage the chemical inventory and check the stock balance to align with the internal and external auditions.
- Work together with the production and engineer teams to identify the root causes and implement corrective actions for collaborative problem-solving.
- Keep thorough records of all quality assessments, issues, and resolutions to maintain transparency and track improvements.
- Analyze the shelf life testing of the products according to the instructions of R&D regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with QA/QC Position.
- Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibilities.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 800,000 + Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM ~ 5:30 AM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Mingalardon Township, Yangon.
