Job Descriptions
- Working with suppliers & internal employees to ensure that key processes are running efficiently & cost-efficiently.
- Create an organized Bill of Quantities for the various ongoing projects & ensure they are always up to date.
- Search for reliable local/international suppliers & have an understanding about material usage.
- Must be able to time manage purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, and transport costs during the duration of projects.
- Maintain relationships with local & overseas suppliers.
- Handle any/all documentation needed related to delivery by truck, ship, or air freight.
- To work with junior executives & be able to nurture & support them.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (Civil) or any graduate in Engineering & Interior Design preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English & Myanmar language.
- Fluency in Chinese would be a plus.
- Furniture experience is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office & have good presentation skills.
- Knowledgeable in interior design & construction is preferred.
- Must be proactive & work independently.
- Able to work under pressure.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,500,000
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Sanchaung Township, Yangon.
