Job Requirements
- Any Graduate or demonstration relevant experience in facilities or property management in multi mixed complex.
- Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality or other related field.
- Experience in working with managers, staff and stakeholders to resolve high priority and often sensitive and complex matters.
- Knowledge of general housekeeping, security management, customer services, maintenance methods, operating requires and safety precaution related to property management.
- Well organized, detail and customer oriented self-starter.
- Strong procurement negotiation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills in both Burmese and English.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,000,000 ~ 1,500,000
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday Half Day (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Yankin Township, Yangon.
