  • A successful Project Sales Representative in construction materials and electrical supply excels in building relationships, understanding project requirements, and providing tailored solutions that meet the demands of large-scale projects. They play a crucial role in securing contracts and ensuring the seamless supply of materials to project sites.
  • Identify potential projects in construction, infrastructure, or development sectors that require extensive quantities of construction materials and electrical supplies.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the products/services offered on the website to effectively showcase their features, benefits, and unique selling points to potential customers.
  • Provide product demonstrations virtually, guiding customers through the website and highlighting key offerings.
  • Build relationships with project managers, contractors, architects, and decision-makers involved in upcoming projects.
  • Understand project requirements, specifications, and timelines to offer tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the construction and electrical sectors to identify opportunities for product expansion and market growth.
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals and bids outlining materials, quantities, pricing, and delivery schedules that align with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions, considering cost-efficiency and quality standards.
  • Contact supplies to send the products on time and accurate delivery of materials to project sites as per agreed upon schedules.
  • Maintain communication with clients throughout the project life cycle to address any concerns or modifications.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for sales growth and improvement in sales strategies.
  • Must go to sites and Bago for customers and suppliers.
  • Sometimes stay at office for paperwork.
  • Must be able to travel.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is often preferred but not always mandatory.
  • Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A strong understanding of home improvement products, construction materials, and electronic and electrical products.

Other information

  • Salary: 1,300,000 MMK
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
  • Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Hlaing Township, Yangon
