Responsibilities

1. Discussing the software requirements with clients, executives, and software developers
2. Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, task deadlines, handle the communication between team and customers
3. Handling the processes of unit test, end to end test, UAT in timeline
4. Assembling and leading the project team
5. Participating in and supervising each stage of the project
6. Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines
7. Prepare project management documents, templates of the project phases and report to Management
8. Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests
9. Delivering completed software deliverables to customers and performing regular checks on the software performance

Requirements

1. A bachelor’s degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field
2. Proven experience in project management and software development
3. Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques
4. Skills in Technical knowledge, good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills
5. Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Other Information

1. Salary: 1,000,000 ~ 1,500,000 MMK
2. Working Days: Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM)
3. Working Location: Hlaing Township, Yangon
